The Guidance and Tutoring activities support students in choosing a university path, follow them throughout their studies and later guide them in entering the world of work, articulating into:

Guidance, mainly dedicated to high school students;
Tutoring, dedicated to enrolled students;
Outbound Guidance dedicated to undergraduate and graduate students.

The activities of Inbound Orientation and Tutoring are coordinated by the Departmental Delegates, Prof. Valentina Zuliani (Drug Area) and Prof. Martina Cirlini (Food area) who relie on the collaboration of faculty, students, doctoral students and assignees of the Department.

Incoming orientation: Orientation to courses of study

Inbound orientation is carried out through meetings with upper secondary school students and teachers, through presentations at schools, presentations and facility tours at the Department, and through individual meetings. Students are welcomed for the conduct of Summer Stages and School-Work Alternation paths. The activity is also carried out through participation in University events dedicated to incoming orientation (OPEN Day, INFO Day) and events organized by educational institutions and territorial bodies, dedicated to the promotion of scientific and technological culture.
