Seminar Prof. Cesar Fraga and Prof. Patricia Oteiza
Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, at 9:30 – Pavilion Aule delle Scienze – classroom B, will be held a seminar by Prof. Cesar Fraga (Associated Professor of Univesrity of California, Davis (UCD) – USA) entitled "(Poly)phenols and human health: redox mechanisms and the antioxidant possibility”, and a seminar by Prof. Patricia Oteiza (Professor of Univesrity of California, Davis (UCD) – USA) entitled “Flavonoids in the mitigation of obesity - induced metabolic endotoxemia and associated systemic inflammation”.
