The research activities of the group deal with some topics of Analytical Chemistry.
- Use of NIR spectroscopy for the analysis of food samples (proteins, NDF/ADF fibers, etc.).
- Application of UV/Vis spectroscopy for the study of homogeneous equilibria in solution of natural organic substances for the validation of simulation models based on artificial intelligence.
- Analysis of interactions in solution between natural polysaccharides and high and low molecular weight molecules by spectroscopic techniques.
- Preparation and characterization of natural polymer-based formulations for 3D printing extrusion
